This amazing piece was from a Limited Edition 2009 resissue to mark the 40th anniversary of the El Primero being unveiled to the world in 1969.
The model line was called "Vintage 1969" and the Reference 03.1969.469/01.C490 is for its Tri-Colour dial as our present example. This variant took design inspiration from the original Zenith A386 and A3817 watches.
Its 40mm stainless steel case is fitted with a Zenith signed crown.
We have paired it with a powder blue strap from the legandary website Hodinkee, fitted with its stainless steel Zenith buckle.
Comes with its original Zenith strap, Zenith hangtag, Zenith catalogue, Zenith Temporary Card dated 2010, Zenith Service card dated 2016, Original Zenith brown presentation box.
