Shipping policy

We offer free international outbound shipping for all watches purchased from us. 

We aim to ship the same day Monday - Thursday for orders placed before midday. We do not ship on Fridays. Any order placed on Fridays will be shipped Monday. Do contact us if you have special requirements as we aim to please.

All of our parcels are sent fully insured. We provide parcel tracking numbers once dispatched. 

For UK orders we use Royal Mail Special Delivery with a delivery aim for next working day by 1pm. 

For International Orders below £2,500 we ship with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. 

For International Orders above £2,500 we ship with FEDEX or DHL who aim to deliver within 2 working days. 

Please note for International Orders the buyer may be liable for customs taxes and duties. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer. Often payment is required up front by the courier before delivery of the parcel. Non-payment of these taxes can result in the shipment being returned to us. In this situation we would deduct any shipping costs from the refund due to the buyer.
