Warranty

We provide a 1 Year Warranty on our watches. 

Each watch has been rigorously tested by qualified watchmakers and we are proud to back their inspection and testing with our warranty. 

The warranty covers timekeeping within standard vintage timekeeping expectations. 

The warranty does not cover wear and tear to the exterior of the watch, issues to the crown as this is a part which receives a lot of use, issues due to water damage, watch straps, cracked glass, a dead battery requiring change. 

If the watch needs a warranty repair then the shipping costs to us are to be paid by the buyer. The watch must be sent fully tracked and insured. The shipping to us is the responsibility of the buyer. 

After a warranty repair is carried out or the watchmakers inspection deems no fault present, return shipping costs from us to you will be borne by yourself. 

All warranty repairs are only carried out by qualified watchmakers. 

If movement parts are needed to be replaced during warranty repair we will cover the cost of those. Any exterior parts which have been damaged due to wear and tear will need to be paid by the buyer. 

All of the watchmakers labour costs during a warranty repair will be covered by us.
